1. Master Service Agreements
All commercial engagements, custom software development, architecture reviews, and dedicated squad deployments executed by LOGIC NOSH are governed by definitive Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and corresponding Statements of Work (SOWs).
2. Intellectual Property Ownership
Upon complete payment of milestone or retainer invoices, 100% of custom code, system architectures, database designs, and documentation developed specifically for the client transfer irrevocably to the client.
3. Engineering Warranties & Rigor
We warrant that all software delivered conforms to agreed technical specifications, industry-standard automated test coverage, and strict security benchmarks at the time of acceptance testing.
